"Renata has been delivering Relax Kids sessions with Years 4, 5 and 6 at Park Primary School. She has adapted her delivery to make the content engaging and appropriate for children of all ages. Renata's sessions have started with energetic movement (which the children have loved) and it always amazes me how she has them so relaxed, using deep breathing techniques and visualisations, by the end of the sessions. The children are well equipped with factual information about how negative emotions arise and they now have a toolkit for how to handle specific feelings. Renata has provided worksheets for the children to take home after every session as well as overviews which school can communicate with parents and staff. Renata has provided our children with practical strategies and education in wellbeing - I'd highly recommend her services!"

I have attended the workshops on zoom since December 2020 and love them. Renata has a relaxed way of helping you reflect, release and relax. The session always ends with a guided meditation ( story telling I suppose) which I love. I have also seen the Relax Kids sessions which the children loved. Renata has a unique approach to coaching both children and adults. I cannot recommend highly enough. If you are stuck with something going around and around in your head or you just need help with to see your path on a new project or venture or just simply relax and smile, she can help.
