Bespoke Training for Organisations

Bespoke Training for Organisations

I work with organisations to design and deliver bespoke training that enables people to think more clearly, communicate more effectively, and navigate change with confidence.

My work is grounded in coaching principles and Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), with a strong focus on practical application. Training is shaped around the real challenges people face at work — from decision-making and communication, to managing pressure, change, and competing demands.

Before founding Wren Coaching & Wellbeing, I worked in leadership roles within an international manufacturing environment. That experience continues to shape how I design training today — practical, people-centred, and focused on helping individuals and teams think more clearly and take ownership.

I design training that is relevant, thoughtful, and rooted in how people actually think and behave — not theory for theory’s sake.

How bespoke training helps organisations

Well-designed training creates the conditions for clearer thinking and more effective responses, helping people develop skills that improve both performance and wellbeing.

My training helps organisations to:
•    Strengthen communication and working relationships
•    Develop self-awareness and personal effectiveness
•    Improve how people manage pressure and change
•    Encourage clearer thinking, responsibility, and ownership
•    Embed a shared language that supports consistency and collaboration

Training can be delivered to individuals, teams, or leadership groups, and is always tailored to the context, culture, and goals of the organisation.

The core focus of my bespoke training

While every programme is tailored to the organisation and people involved, my training is built around a consistent core: developing self-awareness first, so that change can be led from within.

The work focuses on the human factors that influence effectiveness at work — including how people think, communicate, and make decisions; how motivation and attention shape behaviour under pressure; and how small shifts in awareness can lead to more constructive responses. A strong emphasis is placed on understanding different perspectives, supporting collaboration and influence across teams.

Training blends reflection with practical tools, encouraging participants to work with real situations from their day-to-day roles. This keeps the learning relevant, grounded, and immediately applicable.

From this core, each programme is adapted to reflect the organisation’s context, culture, and objectives — whether the focus is communication, personal effectiveness, leadership development, or navigating change.

When organisations typically engage me

Organisations often choose to work with me to develop their people in areas such as:

  • Confidence, communication, and decision-making

  • Managing pressure, change, and competing demands

This work is often part of wider professional development, helping individuals and teams work more effectively and consistently in day-to-day practice.
