Charities

Offering support to those who rarely take it but are always there to offer it

Working with Charities

Since launching Wren Coaching & Wellbeing, I have had the privilege to work with several charity organisations, supporting their staff and service users to overcome various barriers and challenges. This experience has been incredibly humbling and rewarding, aligning perfectly with the values and culture I hold dear in my own practice.

Supporting Those Who Support Others

Part of my mission is to help those who dedicate their lives to supporting others. I understand the unique pressures faced by charity staff and the importance of their wellbeing in ensuring the sustainability of their vital services. By providing tailored support, I aim to empower staff members by enhancing their wellbeing, helping them top up their energy, and ensuring they feel supported. This creates a positive ripple effect throughout the organisation.

Key Issues I Address:

  • Dealing with Pressure: Helping staff manage stress and maintain focus.

  • Dealing with Conflicting Priorities: Providing strategies to balance work demands effectively.

  • Building Resilience: Equipping staff with tools to bounce back from challenges.

  • Building Confidence: Empowering individuals to trust their abilities and make informed decisions.

  • Navigating Change: Guiding teams through transitions with ease and stability.

My Employee Support Program

My Employee Assistance Program (EAP) is designed to provide comprehensive support to charity staff, mirroring the services I offer to businesses.

By integrating coaching, NLP, and mindfulness techniques, the EAP addresses various challenges faced by charity employees, fostering a supportive and productive work environment

Supporting Charity Service Users

I also extend my services to charity service users, providing mindfulness and group coaching support to a variety of groups. Inspired by the structure of my Mindful Mondays sessions, I create a safe and supportive space for service users to explore mindfulness and various topics relevant to their wellbeing.

These sessions follow a similar structure, transitioning from high energy to low energy over 1 hour and 15 minutes, and include 20 to 30 minutes of group coaching. Each course runs periodically throughout the year, lasting 6 weeks. By blending mindfulness practices with group coaching, participants benefit from immediate stress relief and long-term personal development. The goal is to help service users manage their emotions, build resilience, and improve their overall mental health.
