What is Mental Health First Aid?

Mental Health First Aid is a training program designed to teach individuals how to recognize the signs and symptoms of mental health concerns, provide initial help, and guide a person towards appropriate professional support.
Similar to physical first aid, Mental Health First Aid aims to equip people with the skills and confidence to support someone experiencing a mental health problem or crisis. This training is vital in fostering a supportive environment and promoting mental wellbeing in both personal and professional settings.
