If you are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or emotionally drained, you are not alone

...and you do not have to navigate it on your own.
I work one-to-one with adults who are struggling with stress, anxiety, change, or difficult life experiences. Many people come to me feeling unsure, worn down, or aware that something needs to shift, even if they cannot yet put it into words.
This page is a starting point — a place to pause, breathe, and gently explore whether working together feels right for you.

Space to understand, not just offload
Private sessions offer you space to step back and begin to understand what is really going on — in your thoughts, emotional responses, and patterns of behaviour.

Alongside listening carefully, I support you to make sense of your experience through gentle psychoeducation, guided reflection, and practical tools. Many people find that understanding why they feel the way they do brings relief in itself, and creates the conditions for meaningful change.

My work blends coaching, NLP-informed approaches, IEMT, and hypnotherapy to help you develop awareness and build a personal toolbox for managing your mindset and emotional responses in everyday life.

You are in the right place if:

• You feel anxious, overwhelmed, or under constant pressure
• You are going through change, loss, or a difficult transition
• You feel stuck in unhelpful thought or emotional patterns
• You are carrying things you have not had space to process
• You want to feel calmer, clearer, and more like yourself again
You do not need to have everything figured out before getting in touch.

How I work
I offer a warm, respectful, and non-judgemental space where we work together to generate insight, clarity, and change.
A key part of my work is equipping you with a practical toolbox — ways of managing your mindset, attention, and emotional responses that you can continue to use in everyday life.
Sessions are shaped around you and what you bring, and we move at a pace that feels steady, supportive, and purposeful.
