How to get started

If you are considering working together, this page explains what sessions look like in practice and what you can expect.
There is no pressure to decide anything immediately. Many people find that understanding the practical details helps them feel more at ease about taking the next step.

Sessions

Sessions are 90 minutes, giving us time to work at a steady pace without rushing.
Some people choose to work with me for a short period around a specific issue, while others find that a small number of sessions provides the space needed for insight and change to settle.
As a guide, meaningful work usually takes place over a number of sessions, rather than in a single appointment.

Investment
The fee for each private session is £100.
Payment details and practical arrangements are shared once we have agreed to work together.

Location
Sessions take place in Colne, Lancashire, in a calm and private setting.
Depending on the nature of the issue being worked with, online sessions may also be available. This is something we can discuss during an initial conversation.
Further details about location, access, or online arrangements are shared once we have agreed how to work together.

What happens first
The first step is an initial conversation. This gives you the opportunity to ask questions, share what brings you here, and get a sense of whether working together feels right.
There is no obligation to continue beyond this conversation.
If we decide to work together, we will agree a way of working that feels appropriate for you.
